About me

Test bench back then.Cloud platforms today.

I started out as a test engineer and built my first tools myself, for test benches and data analysis. Today I build the platforms I was missing back then: places where engineers' tools run reliably, connect to each other and are available to everyone.

Every tool on the platform makes the next one easier. What grows from that lasts: a product development organization that builds and runs its own software.

Career

  1. 01

    Automotive engineering.

Studied in Hamburg: how vehicles are developed, validated and brought into series production.

  2. 02

    Testing.

Built my own tools for test benches and data analysis as a test engineer, from signal processing to machine learning models.

  3. 03

    Data engineering.

Brought test data from twelve sites onto one shared platform.

  4. 04

    Cloud engineering.

Built real-time data platforms for millions of households and AI platforms for enterprises.

  5. 05

    Platforms for engineering tools.

Today I help R&D organizations turn individual tools into software that lasts.

I speak engineering and software.

I know how engineers work: with inputs, methods, revisions and approvals. I build software around exactly these workflows, not around them.

I'm not tied to any software or cloud vendor. I choose what fits your systems and the people who will maintain it later.

I work in German with R&D teams and leaders in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and in English with their international sites.

Where do your product development tools stand today?

In one week, the engineering software check shows which tools you have, how they are developed and operated, and what is missing for a clean path to production. You receive a solution draft with a platform design and concrete next steps.
